I wanted to lose weight so I thought about hitting the gym and having a personal trainer to help me. With my training with Body by ME, I learned to understand my relationship with food and weight, and I became stronger. My goal changed and I became proud of myself for the work I have put in for me to be at my strongest compared to any point of my life. I carry the lessons I learned from training, and I continue to this day and I'm really grateful for the work I've put in with the help of Coach Elaine. World class training!
I really enjoyed BodyByMe. I felt confident in my program knowing it’s science-based and unique to my personal goals. Elaine always thoroughly explained what we were doing and what each exercise was for and asked for feedback on how we found it. So, it felt really personalized, made me enjoy exercising.
I started weightlifting with Body by Me and Coach Elaine more than a year ago and since then, I have a better relationship with food, I have learned to celebrate what my body can do, and i have felt stronger than ever. It's difficult to find knowledgeable trainers in Palawan so when I stumbled into Coach Elaine (Body by Me), I was skeptical at first. Let me tell you though, this woman does not disappoint! We've been working together for almost a year now and still I learn something new everyday. I started out as unbalanced both mentally and physically, but with Coach Elaine's well-thought-out program that caters to my specific needs when it comes to fitness, I see myself get stronger and stronger every day. I'm hooked!

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Designed for groups of 2 to 4 individuals, this program offers a cost-effective and fun way to achieve your fitness goals with friends, family, or colleagues.
Individual signups are welcomed, they will be grouped with other individuals to meet a minimum of 2 clients to run a session.
